I believe in the transformative power of yoga to enhance mental wellbeing and physical health.
I'm a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 with several years of experience teaching diverse styles, skill levels and all ages from 2 to 92. I have recently become a Yogi Flight Method certified arm balance and inversion specialist. In addition to my yoga experience, I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I offer private and small group sessions as well as a zoom option.
